I can’t speak highly enough of Kent as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethic was very much appreciated and respected. Our lender made a mistake and we had to resign all the paperwork in order to get funded. Kent had Escrow send him the paperwork. He drove to each of our jobs to have us sign them. He scanned the paperwork and sent them back to Escrow for us. He didn’t have to do this but he did it to lesson our stress. Kent was our realtor when we set out to sell our home at Aliso Viejo, CA. With COVID on the rise, we had a lot of uncertainty in trying to make various decisions: - Do we Sell or Rent it Out? - How much do we price if we decide to sell? With very few actual sales during summer, most real estate agents were underestimating the value of the home. He was more confident that it was a seller's market.
